With over 20 years of Engineering Experience, O. D. Engineering Consulting located in Brooklyn NY, was established to serve as an access point for services in regulatory & policy compliance, environmental, quality, construction and project management. Our clients include developers, building owners, private companies, government entities and contractors throughout the NYC boroughs.
- ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES: Evaluate organization’s performance to improve compliance, reduce risk, save time & cost and ensure alignment with ISO 14001 requirements.
- QUALITY SERVICES: Evaluate organization’s performance to improve compliance, reduce risk, save time & cost and ensure alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
- INSPECTION SERVICES: Inspect buildings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, codes and standards.
- ON DEMAND SERVICES: Perform various engineering and project management activities such as draft, review and signoff of engineering documents to ensure contract and code requirements are met. Work with local code officials to obtain permit signoffs quickly and efficiently. Assist clients with permit filing, prepare contract documents and submittal reviews. Provide technical and editing services.
- TRAINING: Identify knowledge and skill gaps, develop instructional material to enhance awareness and skill sets.
